This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the roles, responsibilities, and guidelines for members of the UTHS in a FiveM roleplay server. It ensures professional conduct, realistic roleplay, and efficient coordination within the community. Each FHUTHS S member must adhere to these procedures while on duty.
UTHS members must maintain professionalism at all times while on duty.
Respect other players, including civilians, law enforcement, and fellow medical personnel.
Do not engage in arguments or hostile behaviour. If you encounter issues, report them to your higher up following Chain Of Command
Follow the hierarchy of the UTHS . Paramedics report to Bronze Command, who report to the Silver Command Team and then Silver Command will issue a meeting with Gold Command.
Any disputes or issues should be escalated through the proper channels.
All medical scenarios should be handled realistically. Use proper medical terminology and procedures.
Follow server rules regarding powergaming and metagaming. Avoid actions that may disrupt roleplay.
Use appropriate /me and /do commands to describe medical actions.
Only authorised personnel may operate UTHS vehicles.
Drive responsibly and follow road laws unless responding to an emergency (lights and sirens).
Ensure vehicles are parked properly and stored at UTHS stations when not in use.
All UTHS personnel must check in at the designated UTHS station at the start of their shift.
Use the appropriate in-game commands or systems to mark yourself as "on-duty."
Ensure all equipment and vehicles are in working order before leaving the station.
UTHS personnel must respond to emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
When responding to a call:
Use the appropriate dispatch system.
Prioritize life-saving interventions.
Request police backup if the scene is dangerous or volatile.
Assess the scene for safety before approaching the patient.
Perform a thorough examination using /me and /do commands.
Provide appropriate medical care based on the injuries sustained:
CPR for unconscious individuals.
Basic wound care for minor injuries (bandages, splints, etc.).
Advanced care (IVs, defibrillators) for severe trauma.
After treatment, transport the patient to the nearest hospital if needed.
Ensure patients are stabilized before transport.

Communicate with the hospital staff via radio or text when arriving with a patient.
Always provide a detailed handover report when transferring the patient to hospital staff.
Players have the right to refuse medical treatment if they are conscious and able to communicate.
Ensure that the refusal is documented via /me or /do commands.
If a patient is unconscious and no other roleplay circumstances intervene, provide full treatment.
UTHS members must be on the designated UTHS radio frequency (2) at all times while on duty.
Use clear and concise communication over the radio.
Example: "OM-3 State 5 to a 999 call at Grove Street, ETA 2 minutes."
Use radio codes.
Communicate with law enforcement during emergencies where police presence is required.
Wait for police clearance before entering dangerous scenes (e.g., shootings or violent situations).
Work with police to secure traffic control and ensure safe patient transport.
After any major incident, UTHS personnel must submit an incident report to their Command Depending on the division.
The report should include:
Date, time, and location of the incident.
Details of the patient's condition and treatment provided.
Any additional details relevant to the situation (police involvement, accidents, etc.).
UTHS members must log all emergency calls and patient treatments during their shift.
Use the server's dispatch or logging system to record details such as:
Time of call.
Nature of the emergency.
Actions taken.
All new UTHS recruits must undergo an orientation session covering the basics of UTHS operations, procedures, and server rules.
Recruits must complete a ride-along with a senior paramedic or instructor before being allowed to respond to calls independently.
UTHS personnel are expected to keep their medical knowledge up to date.
Attend training sessions as scheduled by the UTHS leadership.
Periodic testing or assessments may be conducted to ensure competence in handling medical scenarios.
Any UTHS personnel found violating the SOP will be subject to disciplinary actions.
Disciplinary measures may include:
Verbal or written warnings.
Temporary suspension.
Removal from UTHS duties (in serious cases).
UTHS members have the right to appeal disciplinary actions.
Appeals must be submitted in writing to the UTHS Chief or senior leadership within 48 hours of the disciplinary decision.
This SOP ensures the UTHS in FiveM roleplay operates with realism, efficiency, and professionalism. Every member must adhere to these guidelines to maintain a high standard of roleplay and provide quality emergency medical services.
